L´Ànima del Vi, the PVN (Asociación de Productores de Vinos Naturales de España) and the AVN (Association des Vins Naturels de France) showed last march in Barcelona a whole series of an author's wines. These wines got a low natural sulphurous content's either added sulfite neither others added. The Salón was directed to an open public and specially those persons with an wine's allergys and intolerance added of a natural wine no contents. There was, a thousand people overcomed previssions great public assitance, because these persons are so interested in a real and healthy foods.The spanish cellars presents was: Barranco Oscuro, Bruno Ruiz, Cauzón, Castisol, Dagón, Eco Setrill, Escoda-Sanahuja, Marenas, Mendall, Naranjuez y Vitis Natura. The organitation expected to the future grow up with anothers countries, to suport actually spanish and french cellars.
